How it works

Add his club contract
The club, the salary, and the date it ends. That last date is the one that matters: six months before it, your player is free to agree terms with another club, and AgentFlow says so.

FAQ
Who is AgentFlow for?
Licensed football agents who represent players themselves, whatever the number. Most have a handful, and they are the ones a lapsed date costs the most, because nobody around them is watching those dates. One player is enough to start.
Can I add a player I have not signed yet?
Yes, and that is the point. A player belongs in your list before any document exists, which is exactly what a player you are still courting looks like. There is one plan and nothing is capped, so a player you are courting costs you nothing to follow.
I already have mandates, signed on paper
Record them as they are, with the PDF that was really signed, rather than reprinting a document the federation never saw. Nothing is capped, so a book of players signed years ago comes across whole, and each one starts being watched the day it arrives.
Is the mandate FIFA-compliant?
It follows the principles of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations. It is a model, not legal advice, and does not replace the official FIFA Standard Representation Agreement.
Can the player sign online?
Yes. Send them a secure signing link and they sign on any device, with no account required on their side. The signature and a full audit trail, name, date, time and IP, are embedded in the PDF as an electronic signature (eIDAS).
How much does it cost?
One plan: 29€ a month or 290€ a year, with the first fourteen days free. A card is needed to start, nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before the fifteenth day costs nothing. Everything is included and nothing is capped, and the plan watches your dates: two months’ warning before a mandate ends, six months’ warning when a club contract enters its final stretch, and the 14-day FIFA filing deadline chased for you. Cancel anytime, and nothing is deleted if you stop.
Can I edit a mandate later?
Until it is signed, yes: change any term and the document follows. Once a party has signed, it is locked, because editing it would break the signature. Every mandate stays in your dashboard to re-download.
