Using AgentFlow means accepting what follows. It is short on purpose, and the parts that limit what you can expect from us are stated plainly rather than buried.

Who provides the service

AgentFlow is operated by a FIFA-licensed football agent. Contact: contact@agentflowsports.com.

What AgentFlow does

It helps you draft a player representation mandate, send it to your player for electronic signature, keep your mandates in one place, and warn you before one expires. It also offers a commission calculator and transfer window dates, free and without an account.

What AgentFlow is not

It is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. The mandate we produce is a model built on the principles of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations. It is not the official FIFA Standard Representation Agreement, and it does not cover the additional requirements of the national law applicable to the parties, which depend on where they live. Seek independent legal advice before signing.

AgentFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to FIFA in any way.

You remain responsible for the content of every mandate you create: the accuracy of the details, the lawfulness of the terms, and their compliance with the regulations that apply to you.

Your account

The service is intended for licensed football agents. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done from your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

Your player’s data

When you enter a player’s details you are asking us to process them on your behalf. Informing your player, and obtaining whatever consent your own obligations require, is your responsibility. This matters particularly for minors.

Electronic signature

Signatures collected through AgentFlow are simple electronic signatures within the meaning of the eIDAS regulation. We record the signer’s name, email, the signature image, the date and time and the IP address, and embed that audit trail in the PDF.

A simple electronic signature is admissible as evidence, but it carries less weight than a qualified electronic signature. If a mandate is likely to be disputed, or if the amounts justify it, consider a qualified signature provider or a handwritten signature. We say this because it is true, not because we expect you to.

A mandate can no longer be edited once a party has signed it. That is deliberate: editing it would invalidate the signature already collected.

Plans and payment

There is one plan. It costs 29€ per month or 290€ per year, and the first fourteen days are free. A payment card is required to open the trial; nothing is charged during it, and the first payment is taken on the fifteenth day unless the subscription is cancelled before. If no valid card is on file at that point, the subscription is cancelled rather than left unpaid. Accounts created before 13 August 2026 keep the free allowance they had, one mandate, one club contract and one player, for as long as they exist.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro until then. We do not refund a period that has begun. Your mandates remain readable and downloadable after the subscription ends. An account without an active subscription can no longer create documents, and nothing it created is deleted.

If we ever change the price, existing subscribers will be told by email before it applies to them.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and we will not pretend to guarantee it. AgentFlow depends on providers we do not control, and it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond us. Download the PDF of any mandate that matters to you: it is yours, and it does not need us to exist.

Liability

AgentFlow is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, in particular for a lost commission, a lost client or a lost opportunity. Where our liability is engaged, it is limited to the amount you paid us over the twelve months preceding the event.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular in cases of fraud or gross negligence.

Ending the relationship

You may delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend an account that uses the service unlawfully, or that puts the service or other users at risk. If we do, we will say why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be brought before the competent French courts.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email before the change applies.
