Mandates, club contracts and the dates that decide whether he stays yours. AgentFlow emails you before each date, early enough to renew, file or renegotiate.

Three things to enter, once. Then AgentFlow shows you every mandate about to expire and every contract in its final six months.
Type his name. The player database fills in his date of birth, position, nationality and current club. If he is not in it, which is normal for a young player, you enter him yourself.
His name and date of birth are already there, so you never type them twice. You sign first. Then he signs on his phone, with no account to create and nothing to install.
The club, the salary, and the date it ends. That last date is the one that matters: six months before it, your player is free to agree terms with another club, and AgentFlow says so.
Not a list of everything, only what is at risk right now: a mandate ending within two months, one you sent that was never signed, a FIFA filing deadline about to close. When there is nothing, it says so instead of showing you an empty table.
His name and date of birth come from his player file, so they are never typed twice. You sign, he receives a link, and he signs with his finger. Nothing to install, no password to invent, and the signed PDF carries who signed it, when, and from which address.
Where he plays, what he earns, and the day it ends. In his final six months he can already agree terms with another club, so AgentFlow counts those months down for you instead of leaving you a date to calculate.
He can start signing elsewhere for next season.
Record a club contract and your commission is worked out from the rate on the player’s own mandate, yours to change if you agreed something else. Your dashboard then adds them up by year, so one season compares with the next. For a transfer, the calculator gives you the figure before you sign.
Open the calculator →An email before every date that decides whether a player stays yours. Two months before a mandate ends, six months before a club contract does, the day before a transfer window closes. You do not open anything to get them.
A signed mandate is a legal document, not a row in someone else’s database. Download any PDF at any time, and nothing is deleted if you stop paying. No file has a public link: each is served for five minutes only, and only to its owner.
Everything a licensed agent needs to represent a player and prove it.
Built on the FIFA Football Agent Regulations: parties, duration, remuneration, exclusivity and the independent legal advice clause.
Three emails, with Pro: two months before a mandate expires, ten days into the fourteen you have to file it with FIFA, and the day a club contract enters its final six months.
The founder is a licensed agent, working to the same deadlines as you. And the whole community of agents contributes to what comes next.
A mandate that expired, one that was never signed, a club contract you did not see ending. Each one is a player another agent can legally approach, and a commission you will not collect.
Which of your players are actually under mandate right now? The list only exists in your head.
Every player shows whether he is under mandate, and until when.
A mandate expires and nothing tells you. You discover it when another agent is already talking to your player.
Two months before it expires you get an email, while you can still sign a new one.
A club contract expires, and you see it too late to negotiate the next one.
His contract shows its final six months, the period when he can sign with another club.
One plan, everything in it, and fourteen days to judge on your own files. AgentFlow emails you two months before a mandate expires, when a club contract enters its final six months, and before the FIFA filing deadline closes.
Card required. Nothing is charged for 14 days, and you can cancel before.
Licensed football agents who represent players themselves, whatever the number. Most have a handful, and they are the ones a lapsed date costs the most, because nobody around them is watching those dates. One player is enough to start.
Yes, and that is the point. A player belongs in your list before any document exists, which is exactly what a player you are still courting looks like. There is one plan and nothing is capped, so a player you are courting costs you nothing to follow.
Record them as they are, with the PDF that was really signed, rather than reprinting a document the federation never saw. Nothing is capped, so a book of players signed years ago comes across whole, and each one starts being watched the day it arrives.
It follows the principles of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations. It is a model, not legal advice, and does not replace the official FIFA Standard Representation Agreement.
Yes. Send them a secure signing link and they sign on any device, with no account required on their side. The signature and a full audit trail, name, date, time and IP, are embedded in the PDF as an electronic signature (eIDAS).
One plan: 29€ a month or 290€ a year, with the first fourteen days free. A card is needed to start, nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before the fifteenth day costs nothing. Everything is included and nothing is capped, and the plan watches your dates: two months’ warning before a mandate ends, six months’ warning when a club contract enters its final stretch, and the 14-day FIFA filing deadline chased for you. Cancel anytime, and nothing is deleted if you stop.
Until it is signed, yes: change any term and the document follows. Once a party has signed, it is locked, because editing it would break the signature. Every mandate stays in your dashboard to re-download.
Add him, see where his paperwork stands, and let the dates take care of themselves.
